The Culture of Heaven explores the key traits of people who consistently experience powerful partnership with the Holy Spirit, thereby invading earth with the atmosphere of heaven. He began his pastoral career in 1998 as associate pastor of Jubilee Christian Church in Boston, Massachusetts. Later, he helped plant a church in Providence, Rhode Island,  and was part of the leadership team there until he was called to Northern California in 2015, where he now serves as the executive pastor of Destiny Christian Fellowship in Fremont, California.  Troy holds a BA degree from Howard University, a Master of Ministry degree from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary, and a doctorate in Practical Ministry from Wagner University.  He and his wife, Angela, reside in Oakland, CA. Troy is a true follower of Christ with a passion to see souls saved, lives changed, and revival come to the body of Christ, not only in Northern California, but throughout the nation and the world. .
